My Little Pumpkins

Our adventure today was to the Pumpkin Patch! Tom met us out there for physical support...and of course to witness the cuteness and chaos. I get very determined to get a good picture with both boys actually sitting next to each other and both looking at the camera with the perfect smile...never happens!
Jake just walked around and kept saying "Wow, I've never been to a pumpkin patch before"!
Jake found himself a girlfriend...a 5 year old named Paige. He walked up to her and said "She's my girlfriend" to the lady standing next to them and then asked Paige to play chase.
They pretty much played chase the whole time.
She would get tired and tell him to stop chasing her.
I would have to distract him for a second to give her a break, then she would come back up to him and would ask him to chase again. I told him to say "I'm busy" next time she asked him to chase her...he's GOT to learn how to play hard to get! He didn't listen to me, either.
He then helped her and her grandmother put their pumpkins in a wagon and haul them away.
Marshall hammed it up, of course! He was a huge hit with every one, like always! He even made himself a little friend!
He and Daddy has some cute moments...
And I finally got in a picture...bruises and all!
This morning before we went, I caught the boys doing some funny things...
Marshall was all into Jake's lotion bin in his room...caught red handed!
Jake was wearing his potty medal and shooting his gun, naturally.
Love this look on Jake's face...and I think Marshall put something yucky tasting in his mouth!
The look Jake gives right before he pushes Marshall (I snapped this then told him no, Marshall was unharmed!)
Playing nicely
I wish I could say that this kiss on the head was his idea...it was mine, but he did it!
I caught the moment right before Marshall grabbed Jake's hair...he loves to do that!
And they're off to play ball...which one is the baby?;)
I'm so glad I'm doing this blog now. I always thought our days were so boring or normal or that we didn't do anything special...but it's little moments like these that make me smile that I want to remember. I just have to work on wearing this camera around my neck at all times to capture them!
