How to make a normal day seem exciting...you blog about it!

Well, here is my first day to blog about what we did today! Whooo hooo! We went to Target to get "scary stuff" and a last minute Halloween t-shirt for Jake because tomorrow is BLACK day at Hillander and the child owns nothing black, surprise surprise! Jake got his hot dog, as usual, while Marshall snacked on Honey Nut Cheerios. He wasn't too wild about them though...crazy, bc I could eat an entire box. We bought a witch hat for me to wear for Halloween (to shade the bruises on my eye as much as possible), some trick or treat candy (Reeses cups because no one in our family likes those so we won't be snacking on them all day), candy corn that Jake just HAD to have (and he hated it when he tried it at home), trick or treat buckets...and yawn! I'm already bored with this story. Point is, it was a fun day at Target! Both boys behaved and Jake even made a tt on the potty there...pretty good outing I would say!
We did Sonic for lunch so Marshall could inhale his grilled cheese and got Daddy a milkshake and took it to his office for a surprise. Jake LOVES Daddy's office, so he told Tom that he HAD to go in bc he "had that feeling" (needed to go poo poo). We both rolled our eyes, but Tom took him in anyway while M and I stayed in the car...and the little booger actually went in the office restroom! Wow! GO Jake! We came home and the boys each napped for 3 hours...I am truly blessed!
The Tettleton's brought over Luigi's and that is where the spaghetti pic comes in! M would NOT let me feed him...he insisted on holding the spoon himself. He wasn't getting much on it, so I just dumped the spaghetti onto the high chair and he ate it with his hands! Messy, but oh so adorable!
Tom took the boys to the park so I could go see the cabinets they put in our house today! By the way, we're building a house...kind of a big deal, but so boring, unless you care about that kind of thing. I am so happy with all of our selections and it's been stressful, but it'll all be worth it. Suppposed to move in Jan 7...we'll see!
The pic above is of Daddy telling Jake his famous castle-dragon-Buzz story. I took it with the lights off, so they were both squinting at the flash. I'm just trying to document more things...it's a learning process!
I'm off to bed now. I was on the computer until 2am last night trying to figure out this blog thing (oh, and browsed kids clothing websites for quite a while:) I can't stop!
