My blog is back from vacation! Its time for it to get back to work!

It's been a great summer! These boys are so much fun!

What a weekend we just had, my goodness!

Jake turned 4 last Thursday! A few noteable gifts...he got the monster truck that he's been BEGGING me for for 2 months, but opened it and was like "Meh"....and Daddy gave him his own tackle box filled with fishing stuff. Gaga and Grandy were in town and thank goodness for that! They were a HUGE help and so much fun...as usual! They gave Jake a Dune Buggy...made for kids, of course! He loved it...then quickly realized that it was to be feared! He'll love it later on...until then, Marshall will enjoy it;)

He already picked up his first chick with it...the little girl from across the alley!

His monster truck birthday party was on Saturday at the Flippen Bounce. It was a blast!

Then the next morning, Marshall was baptized! He was not a huge fan of the water...or from being away from Gaga. He yelled her name every other word of the baptism!

So we are officially 4 and saved!

I hurt my toe yesterday and Jake suggested that maybe if I give him another birthday party, it would help it...seriously. This kid cracks me up! Today he pointed to the right side of his chest and said "This is my mean heart"...then pointed to his left side and said "And this is my sweet heart!" Awww!

Tomorrow is Jake's last day of school:( Now I see why my mom was so happy for the FIRST day of school! Looking forward to a long, hot summer with the boys! Maybe the lake will help it...or another birthday party.
